Tucson, AZ- NEW GRADS- Neurologist needed to join!
Healthcare in partnership with Institute, Tucson, AZ, is seeking a BE/BC Neurologist to join a SSG, providing coverage to the greater Tucson/Oro Valley area.
ONLY new physicians- directly out of residency or fellowship will be considered.
Stroke fellowship is a plus, EMG and nerve conduction study skills are preferred.
Call coverage will be required for both hospital and office patients (office patient call will be "tele-call").
Institute specializes in neurology with a focus on women's health. Serving the Tucson, AZ community since 2014, Institute is breaking ground in an emerging medical field that looks at how hormonal issues can predispose women to various neurological disorders such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's and stroke. The overall mission of the group is to provide the highest quality, comprehensive neurological care for a broad spectrum of neurological diseases locally and worldwide (via telemedicine).
Healthcare includes Medical Center and Hospital. Located in the beautiful Sonoran Desert, Medical Center is a 300 bed facility offering a full range of inpatient and outpatient services, including: cardiology and cardio thoracic surgery, orthopedics, MIS (with 2 da Vinci robots on campus) and a free standing Women's Center. Medical Center is designated with Center of Excellence status for it Stroke Center, among others.
