This 25-bed Critical Access Hospital operates at a Level IV Trauma designation, providing obstetric, gynecologic, and emergency services. The facility conducts clinical operations on-site across clinic, ER, and full scope settings to support continuous patient care. Clinical documentation is managed through the Epic EMR system.

Melrose, Minnesota offers a range of outdoor and cultural attractions for clinicians on assignment. Nature-based activities are available at Birch Lakes State Forest, Sauk River Park, and the Ritter Wildlife Management Area. Cultural destinations include the Melrose Area Museum and Great River Regional Library, while recreational options such as Meadowlark Country Club and Jaycee Park complement the area's offerings.

Clinicians will provide full scope obstetric and gynecologic coverage across clinic, ER, and full scope settings at an on-site facility with 24-hour beeper call and a 30-minute response time requirement. Weekend call coverage is required as part of this assignment. The clinic setting involves managing 13-15 patients per day, with potential pediatric and ED coverage responsibilities. All clinical documentation is completed using the Epic EMR system. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
