Job Description
A physician-led healthcare organization in the heart of the Midwest is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist (Hem Onc) to join a collaborative, growing Oncology team in an outpatient-focused practice environment.
Position Highlights:
Primarily outpatient practice with minimal inpatient responsibilities
Balanced Monday-Friday schedule (8:00am-4:30pm) supporting a sustainable lifestyle
Light 1:5 shared call
Flexible clinical scope - practice general Hem/Onc or incorporate subspecialty interests as desired
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of subspecialists in a collegial, high-functioning environment
Compensation & Benefits:
$615,986 guaranteed base salary with uncapped productivity incentives
Proven earning potential exceeding $1MM annually
$50,000 sign-on bonus and/or residency stipend
Up to $420,000 in student loan forgiveness
6 weeks of PTO
