New ENT Physician Locums Job in Oregon
Coverage Needed:
-7AM September 22nd-7AM September 30th
-will have sporadic ongoing dates
Description/Requirements for Assignment #115565
* Active Oregon license, Board Certification, DEA, BLS and ACLS
* Coverage: 24-hour call coverage one week per month ongoing.
* Critical access hospital. 5 OR's. Will cover as solo ENT while on call, but there is one ENT NP to assist
