The psychiatric nurse practitioner will provide part-time outpatient psychiatric care for adults during day shifts totaling 8 hours per day at a behavioral health and addiction treatment facility in Pennsylvania. Clinical responsibilities include conducting initial psychiatric evaluations, therapy-adjacent supportive visits, and medication management for patients presenting with general mental health conditions and substance use disorders. Medication adjustments include antidepressants, stimulants, and mood stabilizers, with initial evaluations scheduled at 1 hour and medication management visits at 15 minutes. A caseload of 2-3 evaluations and 12-18 follow-up visits per day is anticipated for this position.
