Chicago Area Needs Rads!       P026 

Northwest Indiana private practice of ten is seeking additional radiologists due to the retirement of a few partners!  Ideal candidates would be fellowship trained and proficient in all modalities (mammo is not required but is available).  The group works out of two hospitals and one imaging center doing approx. 500 cases per day (done by 7 rads as 3 rads are always off).  Hours are 7:30 to 4:30 Monday – Friday.  When on evening call (2-3 evenings every 10 weeks) your work schedule is from home from noon – 11pm.  There are two weekend schedules – 6 weekend days every 10 weeks  (4 you work from 7am – 2pm and 2 you work from 2pm – 11pm)  all are from home unless you’re called in for a procedure.  You go into the hospital to clean up and then read from home until 11pm when nighthawk begins.  Everyone must do general diagnostics when not doing their subspecialty.

• Interventional  Rad-  needed to join two other IR’s.  This position offers immediate partnership with first year income $550 to $600k!  General call (described above) and IR call with additional call income of 1:3                  
• Body Imager - with expertise in CT/MRI/US.  Salary offer is $500k+
