The Opportunity:
General bread + butter surgery - No scopes + No trauma
Flexible schedule with low call
Supportive Surgicalist model to enhance work/life balance
Available block time for any new surgeon
3 daVinci XI robots
Collegial group of experienced surgeons makes for great mentoring
Excellent MA support staff for each surgeon
Clinic connected to hospital for seamless care delivery
Ambulatory Surgery Center on campus
EPIC EMR
Compensation + Benefits:
Competitive MGMA base salary + RVU productivity
$100K sign-on (use however you'd like)
Fantastic benefits including health/dental/vision, 401K options, malpractice with tail coverage, $10K CME + time off, relocation allowance (use how you'd like), 7 weeks PTO, etc.
