Job Description
Join a well-established Orthopedic Surgery team with a private practice feel, delivering high patient satisfaction and collaborative care.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a busy practice with a six-month waiting list for total joint procedures.
The Opportunity:
Immediate Volume: six-month patient backlog ensures immediate surgical volume.
60/40 split between outpatient clinic and OR.
Access to state-of-the-art MAKO robot for joint replacement.
Dedicated MAs and robust administrative support.
Flexible schedule with limited call (office call only - no trauma).
Unlimited PTO after year one.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary + productivity bonuses.
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, CME, and 401(k).
Unlimited PTO after year one.
