The facility operates as a busy medical center right outside of Boston providing comprehensive urological services with dedicated OR capabilities for emergency and elective procedures. The institution maintains modern equipment and resources to support urological interventions with appropriate staffing levels and administrative support.

The urologist will provide 24-hour call coverage for comprehensive urological services including emergency procedures and surgical interventions. The clinician will manage 2-3 patients per shift with focus on urgent consultations and emergency cases requiring immediate OR intervention. Board certification in Urology is required along with prescriptive authority for comprehensive patient care. The position requires on-site presence with electronic documentation for all patient encounters and procedures.
