Urology Physician Locums Job in Washington | Clinic Hours Plus Call | Specific Dates Needed 11/2025 Through 9/2026 - Future Ongoing Dates As Needed | Assignment #111293

Coverage Needed:
-- 2025:
-- 11/24 – 11/28
-- 12/1 – 12/5, 12/8 – 12/12
-- 2026:
-- 1/12 – 1/16, 1/19 – 1/23
-- 2/9 – 2/12, 2/16 – 2/20
-- Ongoing dates as needed

Shift Description:
-- Clinic (8am-4pm) + Night Call (5pm-8am) + 24-hour call
-- Every 1 to 6 days per month
-- Call requirements: 5-6 days a month
-- Can be any day Monday-Sunday

Requirements:
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible
-- Must be licensed in Washington
-- BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications

Assignment Details:
-- Rounding
-- EMR: Epic
-- General urology, Cystoscopy, Vasectomies, Prostate biopsy, TURP, Uroflow/cuff, Bladder scans, Ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, Cystectomy, ESWL, Botox injections, etc.
-- Patients per day: 20-25
-- Surgeries per month: 20-30
-- Call volume: consults (20%) and callback (80%)
-- When on call, 20% of patients are new consults and 80% are established patients returning to ED
-- Support staff:
-- 2 RNs and 1 MA
-- Credentialing timeline: 90 days
