Cardiology - Interventional Job in Statesboro, GA!

Medical Center is looking for a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist to join private group.
Group has been in community for 8 years.

Will need to do some general Cardiology and be comfortable with Coronary and Peripheral procedures. One other Cardiologist that currently does Invasive and one Cardiologist coming to town in late 2016.  The groups / hospital are committed to recruiting another for 2016 / 2017..

2 Cath labs, 1 Vascular Lab.

Reason for search: hospital is required by law to have 2 interventional Cardiologists available to provide PCI program. One of the Cardiologists left end of 2014. They have one Cardiologist committed to join practice in late 2016.

Call: 1 in 3 for interventional Cardiology, 1 in 7 for general Cardiology, 1 in 3 in practice.

Office space: Located in a medical office building adjacent from the hospital over 3,000 square feet.

Practice does cover SOME adults with congenital heart disease.
There is a Pediatric Cardiologist in nearby Savannah with an office on the hospital's MOB several days per month.
There is a valve center in both Augusta and Savannah, GA.

Total Caths 2016 = 922,  Total Stents 2016 = 204
