- Coverage includes:?
- Radiology during the day and telerad at night?
- Interventional Radiology (Mon-Fri 8a-4p)?
- Pediatrics?
- Anesthesiology?
- Ultrasound??
- OB GYN?
- Hospitalist?
- ENT?
- Cardiology?
- 6 bed ICU
About the Program and Hours
- 12 Bed Emergency Department
- 17,000 Annual Visit ED
- 10% admission rate from the ED
- ED Physicians respond to floor codes
- ED APPs are directly employed by the hospital
- 12-hour shifts (6:30a-6:30p and 6:30p-6:30a)
Qualifications
- Active Alabama license in the state or ability to attain unrestricted state license
- Candidate Must be BE/BC in EM, IM, or FM
- Active ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
