Family/Internal/Primary Care Physician in Chicago

Cultivating an Ideal Practice Experience

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Manage patients with complex medical issues and multiple chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and other treatments
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals
• Morning Rounds at nearby hospitals (1 hour-1 hour and 45 minutes)
• Rotating evening call
• Rounds, one in every four Sundays

The rounding requirement is negotiable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine
• Current Illinois medical license
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based care model
