Job Description

The (Login for Information) is seeking a full-time, BC/BE, Primary Care Physician to serve as a member of its Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Team at our Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Lafayette, LA.  Known as the heart of Louisiana’s Cajun & Creole Country where there are many ways to laissez les bons temps rouler or as we say it let the good times roll. Highlights of this position include:

  • Competitive Starting Salary $210,000-$235,000
  • Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm
  • Position is telework eligible
  • Travel may be required up to 25%
  • Provide care to approximately 12-20 outpatients daily in an outpatient setting
  • Responsible for all facets of acute patient care
  • Will assist in completing quality management reviews.
  • Responsible for the successful achievement of applicable Performance Measure and Monitors his/her areas of responsibility.
  • Incumbent will take an active part in the peer review process and complete Physician's reviews on time

Additional Requirements:

  • Board Certified in FM/IM
  • Experience in FM/IM
  • Must be computer literate with computer skills
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. Non-Citizen candidates will be considered if a U.S. Citizen is not found
  • Full and unrestricted license from any U.S. State
