C & C Staffing/Consulting is currently interviewing for a FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN to join a new OUTPATIENT CLINIC in North Carolina.  The ideal candidate would be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and possess excellent clinical skills with a compassionate bedside manner. As the primary provider for this practice, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. Physician Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from birth to 90+,

   including preventative care, acute care, and chronic disease management.

• Perform thorough medical evaluations, diagnose, and treat a wide range of conditions,

   and prescribe appropriate medications and treatments.

• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment options,

   and preventive measures.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including specialists, nurses, and allied

   health professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in accordance

   with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing growth and

   success of the practice.

Physician Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family

   Medicine (ABFM) or by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP)

• Eligible for unrestricted Active Medical Staff Privileges

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Dedication to continuous learning and professional development
