Family Medicine Residency Program Directorship with Growing Health System in Southeastern Ohio!!

Help us build a new, robust Family Medicine Residency Program

Target date for first family medicine residents is July 2018

Established GME organizational structure with successful Emergency Medicine Program (ACGME accredited)

Plans to add general surgery residency in 2019

Candidate must have 2 years academic teaching experience

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated leader to have input on building a program from the ground up.

Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine
Have previous leadership / administrative experience
Be willing to combine administrative and teaching) responsibilities
Have strong administrative and team building skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have participation as an active faculty member in an ACGME-accredited family medicine residency program and graduate medical education administrative experience prior to appointment

Director would develop curriculum and encourage scholarly activity
