Job Description
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a multi-specialty group in Santa Cruz, CA, in recruiting a BC/BE gastroenterologist for their growing practice. The practice consists of a board-certified Gastroenterologist and an Advanced Endoscopist, Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistant support, and experienced Gastroenterologists to share call.
Practice Highlights
- 5 days/week schedule with 1:6 weekday call and 1:10 weekend and ED call
- 16-18 patients/day + inpatient rounding
- Shareholder track (year 3)

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary guarantee at 567K + then productivity at year 3
