In order to meet the increasing demands, local hospital seeks inpatient specialist. Work schedule consists of 7 days on w/7 days off. Open to either IM or FP trained physicians. Midlevel providers are available to help during day shifts. The new Hospitalist physician must be comfortable w/intubations & central lines. Compensation includes salary, incentives, relocation, benefits, malpractice, retirement & may include sign-on bonus. Servicing over 50K residents, hospital offers a skilled nursing facility, 24 hour ER, a sleep lab, wound care center, medical and surgical services, rehabilitation & diagnostic imaging. Hospital is located on Illinois side. This charming undersized city is located in close proximity to St. Louis; it provides a variety of school options, a vibrant Downtown area, historic homes, winery, several parks & the Mississippi River for an abundance of outdoor/water activities.
