Hospitalist Hospital Based job located in Illinois

--Seeking Hospitalist to join two teams each of 7 physicians and 2 APPs with dedicated nocturnist coverage. 
--This position is days only. 7 on/7 off with no call after hours. 
--Patient census 15-18 patients per physician. 
--Response to codes is required along with ER, RRT, Pulm/CC 
--Procedures are preferred but not required. 
--Open ICU with 2 intensivists available most days, tele ICU after hours. 
--Exceptionally cohesive and tight knit group who looks out for each other. 
--Two Packages to choose from:
$395,420 flat salary for 2184 hours/182 shifts per year (no additional time off outside of 7 off) $325,500 flat salary for 1880 hours/156 shifts per year (time off is requested)
--$75,000 sign-on bonus
--$60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
--$6,000 CME annually
