Local hospital seeks another nocturnist/hospitalist. Work schedule consists of 12 hour shifts w/7 days on & 7 days off w/shifts from 6pm-6am. Six hospitalists on staff currently (4 day shift physicians & 2 night shift physicians). Average about 12 patients per night shift. Candidates must eventually be proficient doing endotracheal intubations & cardiopulmonary resuscitations, place central lines, occasionally place chest tubes. Compensation includes salary, incentives, benefits, malpractice, relocation, retirement & may include sign-on bonus. Additional pay available for shifts completed over normal work week.
