Job Description
As a member of UMass Memorial Health, Marlborough hospital provides patients with a direct link to the advanced medical resources of UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, a nationally recognized academic medical center. Marlborough Hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and is certified as a primary stroke service by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. - Hospital Beds: 80
- ICU Beds: 10
- 3 Day Physicians, 1 Night Physician
- Day Physicians: 15 - 16 Patients + Amissions
- Nocturnist Physician: 10 - 12 Patients
- 8 Total Physicians; 7on/7off
- 2 Total APCs; 7on/7off
- 12 Hour APC Coverage, 5 - 6 Admissions between 2PM - 2AM
- EMR: Epic
- Procedures Required: No
- Manage Codes: Yes
- ICU: Open, Intensivists until 5PM and TeleIcu onward with hospitalist support
- Eligible for academic affiliation and appointment with UMass
