Job Description
A thriving community-based multispecialty practice outside Hartford, CT has an opening for an Infectious Disease Physician.
About the opportunity
- Our reputable medical group has more than 100 providers
- Our Primary Care Network is an NCQA Level 3 recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home
- The position would be a combination of outpatient primary care and infectious disease
- 160-bed hospital
- Base salary plus productivity and quality bonuses?

- Less than 20 miles from Hartford and just over 2 hours to New York City
