MarinHealth | UCSF Health Clinic Primary Care Opportunities

• Well-established MarinHealth outpatient-only practices.
• Choice of collegial group and highly-desirable communities, including Novato, Sausalito, and Greenbrae.
• Full-time positions (36 patient contact hours); part-time may be considered.
• Established patient panels.
• Compensation range:  $280K - $350K, depending on experience.  Guaranteed salary for two years with a move to productivity in Year 3.
• Incentives available including signing bonus, relocation, housing assistance, educational loan repayment assistance, and final-year resident stipend.
• Hospitalist Program in place at MarinHealth Medical Center.
• Epic electronic health records utilized.

Candidate Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O.
• Board certified or eligible (with intent to become certified within 1 year) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required.

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
• Possess a strong philosophy of excellence in patient care and excellence in the overall patient experience.  
• Spanish-speaking a plus, but not required.
