Clinic is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician to join their outpatient team in Norwich, CT. Center strives to eliminate health disparities and improve the health and well-being of the community.Staff includes board-certified internists and APRNs who also have admitting privileges at Backus Hospital. Services include assessment, diagnosis and treatment of illness, physical examinations, health promotion, immunizations. On-site testing includes EKG, blood sugar testing and referral for diagnostic testing. Our Primary Care Program participates in the CT Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program.
