The city is amazing, but the practice makes all the difference! The more than a dozen nephrologists work collaboratively and provide support for new nephrologists entering the field. You can expect a competitive salary range (DOE) of $150,000 - $200,000 base pay, with many additional income opportunities. These include: partnership tracks, eventual medical directorship, and even future dialysis ownership or investment options.
You will experience a superb work-life balance, with the practice boasting daily schedules they believe to be better than most. With only 5-6 long-weekend and 5-6 short-weekend calls PER YEAR, your weekends will not be tied up nearly as often as many other practices.
