We're actively seeking a full-time Neuropsychologist to become a valuable member of our Neuroscience team.About The Team: Our Neuroscience center is a pioneer, hosting the region's first advanced primary stroke center and the only Neuro Intensive Care Unit (Neuro-ICU). Specialized clinics offer tailored treatments for various conditions, including stroke care, aneurysms, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), concussions, memory disorders, sleep disorders, migraines, dementia, and pain management. This role marks the expansion of our practice, making you the fourth Neuropsychologist to join our growing team. Role Overview: Conduct neuropsychological assessments for patients referred by physicians. Utilize interviews, tests, records, and reference materials to evaluate neuropsychological function. Collaborate with physicians to diagnose and manage patients with neurocognitive dysfunction. Provide comprehensive written reports on evaluation results. Additional Information: The group is responsible for inpatient bedside neurocognitive evaluations for the Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Program for the State of Florida.
