Neuromuscular Neurology Physician sought for opportunity located in Southern Oregon: Employment opportunity. 

Neuromuscular Neurologist sought for full-time mainly outpatient opportunity. 50% - 80% Neuromuscular and the rest General Neurology. Telestroke services available in the Emergency Department.

Compensation details

* Year 1 - Annual base salary of $300,000

* Year 2 - The higher of the annual base salary or $/wRVU based compensation plus performance incentives up to 16% of base

* Year 3 - $/wRVU based compensation plus performance incentives of up to 16% of base

* $50,000 sign-on bonus
* $15,000 relocation allowance
* $5,000 annual CME allowance
* 240 hours (30 days) PTO per year
* Comprehensive  health, dental, vision, and retirement package
