Wonderful Neurohospitalist Opportunity in Cookeville, TN. 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Only Work 17 1/2 weeks per year
• Join Two Other Neuro-Hospitalists
• 1 Week On, 2 Weeks Off
• Typical Day on site is from 7:00A -6:00P
• Overnight Call is for in house and new admits only - rarely called to the hospital 
• No overnight ED call. Covered by Vanderbilt Tele-Neurology
• Average of five to seven new consults per day & 9-10 follow up consults
• Comfortable reading 24-hour continuous EEG monitoring
• Adept at lumbar puncture procedure
• Trauma transferred to Nashville, Chattanooga and Knoxville
• Primary Stoke Center
• Hospital EMR is Paragon
• ED census of 53,000 per year
• State-of-the-art neuro- imaging capabilities (MRI, CT, CTA, Nuclear Camera & PET), evoked potentials diagnostics, EEG & EMG
