Opportunity Description:
It is a multispecialty group that provides patient care services in the office and hosptial setting throughout the region with multiple offices. Each of the primary care sites received NCQA recognition as Level II Patient Centered Medical Homes.
The pediatric nurse practitioner will join our pediatrician team delivering care following patient centered medical home principles in the office setting as well as coverage of the Health System's hospital.

Applicants must be a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the State of Ohio with a valid DEA license as well as a valid drivers license. The successful candidate will have demonstrated alignment with the 'externder' model of care as well as current IP pediatric and NewBorn care experience.
