Job Description
Seeking BE/BC OB/GYN to start ASAP
-Potential faculty appointment, commensurate w/ experience
-3 clinic days + 2 OR days, plus shared call and backup for CNMs
-Currently 1:3 (1:3 w/ new recruit) plus midwife participates in L&D call (recruiting a 2nd CNM)takes 1 weekend/mo and 1 day/week) Midwife takes all her own panel
-Call Radius: 30 minutes
-EMR:EPIC
-Join 3 other MD's
-20-25 pts/day
-Age: 12 y/o and up
-Both inpatient and outpatient, OR 2 days/week.
-Procedures: All OB and Gyn including laparoscopic
-DaVinci available
-350-375 deliveries/year (~17% C-section rate)
-No Gyn/Onc work
Base Salary: $380,000 (guaranteed for 3years/life of contract) w experience comp adjusted up
Target rvu -6812
Sign-On Bonus $20K
Up to $7500 for relocation
Loan assistance $10K for 2 years
30 days (6 total weeks, cumulative sick/vacation/professional allowance)
CME - Stipend provided (time taken as part of PTO)
