Position requires 2 years post fellowship experience
Department of ophthalmology is recruiting a full time experienced BC fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist to join our expanding ophthalmology service line. Candidates with an interest in resident education and resident program development are encouraged to apply. The medical center has 900 beds and is a tertiary referral center with a large population of glaucoma patients with complex pathology. There is a large hospital based and local optometrist and ophthalmologist-based referral network with few other glaucoma specialists in the community. Outpatient clinic conveniently located near hospital with state-of the art equipment. Responsibilities will include clinical practice, teaching of trainees and rotating call coverage.
