Otolaryngology Hospital Based job located in Colorado
Job Description
Medical Center is looking for ENT locum coverage to help provide them with coverage until they fill their perm position
An OR day, it would be:
•8a-12p: OR
•1p-5p: Clinic
•5p-8a: Call
On a clinic day it would be:
•8a-5p: Clinic
•5p-8a: Call
4 OR days per month and 2-4 clinic days per month ongoing
Between 6-8 monthly clinic / OR combined
90% Adult, 10% Pediatric
50% Surgical & 50% Office/Clinic
15 PPD on average, 95 % scheduled, 5% add-ons.
2-6 hospital patients surgeries per physician per day.
1 Physician in practice, and 1 mid-level.
Lab & X-Ray on site.
Trauma Level 3
Required Procedures: General Otolaryngology - Surgical & Non-surgical, Endoscopic Procedures - Septal, Sinus, Bronchoscopy-Flexibility & rigid, Laryngoscopy, Tracheotomy.
Preferred Procedures: Thyroidectomy, extended parotidectomy, radical neck surgery, facial reconstruction, facial surgery - facial implants, blepharoplasty, and rhinoplasty.
EMR: EPIC
Requirements: BC, active CO license, ACLS, COVID vaccine, clean background, must be able to supervise
