ENT need for sinus center in Chicago suburbs!!

Seeking full or part time bc/be ENT for sinus center focusing on sinus balloon dilation. This center is already 2 years old and highly successful. Duties include the evaluation and management of sinus and allergy patients. There is no call and no weekend duties. Experience with balloon sinus dilation is desirable although training may be provided. Work along side a great team including an experienced physician's assistant.

Base salary is $350k although bonus structure provides opportunity for EASY attainment of $500k plus while working 40 hours per week with no nights or weekends. Opportunities may also be available in Oklahoma, Louisiana, Florida, North and South Carolina, and Texas.

The current center is located in the Chicago suburbs only 20 miles northwest of downtown Chicago. This type of opportunity is rare with proximity to Chicago.
