- Fellowship preferred; must be ABA-certified or eligible
- Must be board certified or board eligible in pain medicine; 1099 or W-2
- Anesthesia, PM&R, and neuro candidates with pain management training are welcome
- 1.5 hours from Des Moines; 2 hours from Davenport or Ames
