M-F 8a-5p; Night Call 5p-8a
Call ratio: 1:4 or 1:5
Office Clinic
Average number of Well Check Visit per day: 6-8
Number of Physicians in Practice: 3
Will Other Pediatricians Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates: Yes, 2
How Many Mid-Levels Provide Coverage: 1
Number of Exam Rooms: 8
Describe Office Equipment: Spot Vision Screener, Hearing Machine
Describe Support Staff: Blend of RNs, LPN,s, MAs and a CHW
Average Number of Patients Per Day: 16
Documentation System/EMR: Meditech Expanse
Trauma Leve: 2
Requirements: Active MA License, BLS, COVID and Flu Vaccine.
