Pediatrics Hospital Based job located in North Carolina

Medical Center is seeking a BC Pediatrician to provide locums coverage 
Coverage needed  - January – June 2024
Call shifts begin at 0800 and end at 0800 the following day, weekends are 0800 on Friday through Monday at 0800
Outpatient (clinic & call)
Avg # of patient/admissions per day: 20 in the office
Avg# of admissions/day - one in the hospital
Avg# inpatient census – 1 baby born per day
Call: 1 night per week; 1 weekend per month
Call shared with: pediatrician, NP and FM MD
Will respond to codes: No- unless in the nursery
Required attendance at C-sections when requested by OB provider
No ICU/Critical Care duties
No ER backup coverage required
EMR= EPIC
Practice Includes: 6 exam rooms and onsite lab services. 1 MD, 1 FNP and 4 Nurses/MAs.
Required Certification:  BLS, PALS and NRP
Procedures:  Onsite Lab, In House Circs, Ear irrigation, Minor Suturing, Covid/Sick Clinic, POC testing for strep, Flu, and RSV, Routine Well Child Exams and vaccines, Covid Vaccines ages 5-18
