Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation Multi Specialty Group job located in Tennessee

Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician Knoxville, TN

$225 - $275/hour

We are looking for a Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM&R) Physician to join our well-established group at a Rehab Hospital in Knoxville, TN. We are seeking a compassionate provider to be our go-to person for ensuring the best patient care possible in our Rehab Hospital. We have a very busy, state of the art Rehab Hospital, that opened less than 2 years ago with a dedicated TBI unit. Our inpatient census runs in the high 40’s to 50 and ramping quickly. We have 2 needs, a physician to work as a full time Hospital based provider and another physician to work either part time or full time as a consultative service working in concert with our hospitalist group that is admitting. The consultative position offers a rotational schedule with another provider with shifts ranging from 6-8 hours. We are also looking for a Physician to be our Specialty Program Director, with an additional monthly stipend offered.   

It is a Monday thru Friday schedule with assistance with APP, full inpatient team, and scribe support. There is an opportunity for growth and possibilities to build an outpatient program if the candidate is interested. Requirements:

• Valid Medical license in TN
• MD/DO BCBE in Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician (PM&R)
• Valid DEA license
• Possess or eligible for Controlled Substance Certificate

Schedule:

• Full time or Part time
• Monday thru Friday

Salary (range):

• $225 - $275/hour (commensurate on experience, efficiency, and productivity)
• Additional monthly stipend for qualifying Specialty Program Directorship
