Physician Assistant Chandler, AZ

We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing medical practice in north Chandler, AZ. We are looking for a provider who can join us full-time providing direct patient care within our state-of-the-art multispecialty practice. Our ideal Physician Assistant is comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute/chronic pain and/or patients wanting a homeopathic approach to basic primary care needs. Job duties include performing trigger point/joint injections and addressing basic primary care needs.

Duties:

• Patient exam/evaluation musculoskeletal focused (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
• Basic primary care needs of the patient who prefers homeopathic approach to medicine
• Food Sensitivity / Allergy testing, Micronutrient Testing, Weight loss management
• Order and review tests/labs
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises, and various modalities
• Manage patient care
• Order Physical therapy and DME as needed
• Treatments- perform trigger point and joint injections- US guided
• Documentation and progress notes
• Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• Graduation from and accredited PA program
• Physician Assistant license in AZ
• Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
• Experience with joint injections a plus
• DEA Certification (Preferred)

Schedule:

• Full time
• Monday – Friday

Compensation (range):

• $50-$70 per hour (DOE)
