Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner Levittown, NY

Full time or Part time!

$70-$90/hr

We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Levittown, NY. We are looking for a provider who can join us providing direct patient care within 2 of our offices, either part time or full time. We have a need Monday thru Friday at our office in Levittown with weekend availability at our office in Farmingdale. Our ideal PA/NP is comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patient’s health and wellness goals. Job duties include performing trigger point injections under ultrasound guidance.

Duties:

• Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
• Manage patient care
• Treatments- perform trigger point injections under ultrasound guidance.
• Prescribe medical equipment as needed
• Documentation and progress notes- EMR
• Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• PA/NP license in NY
• Experience with trigger point injections with ultrasound guidance a plus

Compensation:

• $70-$90 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 1:30pm to 7:30pm
• Weekend availability (Sat 9:30- 3:30)
• Flexible Schedule
• Full time or Part time Availabilty
