Interventional Radiologist Palmdale, CA 93551
We are seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to join our outpatient practice full time in Palmdale, CA. The ideal candidate will be comfortable seeing patients in a clinical outpatient environment and has experience in advanced PAD/CLI techniques as well as the full gamut of IR procedures. This is a 100% IR position well suited for an enthusiastic and motivated individual. We offer a highly competitive starting salary with benefits and vacation, and a productivity-based bonus.

We are a rapidly growing outpatient-based endovascular practice located in Los Angeles County. We specialize in clinical management and interventions for peripheral artery disease (PAD), critical limb ischemia (CLI), chronic venous disease (both superficial and deep), dialysis access, fibroids (uterine artery embolization), and vascular access.
Our focus is to deliver innovative, effective, safe, and compassionate medical care. Using minimally invasive interventions, we are committed to excellence in the field of vascular and interventional radiology. We provide advanced specialty care to our patients, collaborating with referring physicians on patient cases.
Duties:
- Gather clinical information and assess patients prior to procedures
- Patient Consultation – performing focused history and physical exam, review pertinent documents/labs/imaging results
- Collaboration with the physician, midlevel providers, intradisciplinary team members and staff as needed for comprehensive patient care
- Patient education as to the diagnosis, pre and post procedure protocols, and answer any patient questions
- Confirm written orders, consents, and lab work are completed and documented in accordance with facility policies prior to procedures
- Maintain competency with all emergency operational procedures, and initiate emergency measures, as needed
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Complies with HIPPA policies and standards regarding patient information and medical records
Qualifications:
- MD or DO who has completed an IR fellowship
- IR certified or eligible
- California medical licensure
- New grads welcome
Schedule:
- Full time
Compensation (range):
- $500k- $850k (DOE)
