550-600k to start in Georgia
Busy hospital based, private practice in central Georgia is actively recruiting two additional Radiologists. The group covers 2 hospitals and a women’s center. Interventional Radiologist. Spend 60% of your time in IR (average of 8 procedures/day) and balance in general (average 60-80 studies/day depending on the type of exams – must be able to read MRI, CT, Xray and US). PAD, Ports, Biopsies, Kyphoplasties, PTC, Nephrostomies, Dialysis Catheters, UFE for Fibroids and Post Partum Bleeding. No chemo embo. Call is shared 1:3 (weekends are 7am – 1pm). Generalist or fellowship trained but new hire must be proficient in all modalities (Mammo would be a plus but not required). You can choose from partnership track or an employed position. Employed position – work Monday – Friday with no call responsibilities. Partnership track would require 1:4 call. All physicians receive 550-600k to start and enjoy 10 weeks’ vacation, comprehensive benefit package and partnership after 1 year consistently 700-800k. The group is centrally located and has easy access to Atlanta, Columbus and Savannah.
