New Jersey/Philadelphia area seeks a Neurorad P905
Premier practice of 12 is in need of a fellowship trained Neuroradiologist. Incumbent will share all Neuroradiology with one existing Neurorad. The ability to read mammo and perform basic procedures is a plus but not required. The group is currently covering 3 hospitals and 2 imaging centers in the greater Philadelphia area, all within approximately 30 to 40 minutes of one another. The group staffs a stroke center and Neurorsurgery hospital that is very busy. The Neuro cases run the full gamut and are basically the same as what would be encountered at an academic institution. The general cases are like what would be seen in any community, however they staff a transplant center so there is a large volume of cirrhosis and kidney disease. New hire will be on the Neuro rotation and will be heavily based on CT and MRI and would have some general cross sectional imaging, plain film and US. Weekday schedule is 8-5pm. Week night call is 2 nights per month from 5pm – 8pm, weekend call is 1:4 8-3pm on Saturday and 8-1pm on Sunday. There is one Friday night call every 8 weeks that is from 5pm – 7pm. All Rads take imaging call from a home workstation that will be provided. The imaging call is very manageable. If you prefer a 3 day work week, the group will consider this as a part time option. Salary offer is 400k+ with partnership track.
