Urology Hospital Based job located in Arizona

Seeking a locum BC/BE Urologist to start in the beginning of October
13 weeks-ongoing; 8:00am-5:00pm
Shift Details: 3 days of clinic, 1 day in OR, 1 day of procedures in clinic
Call ratio: 1:3 (this might change)

No robotics 
Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision
Requirements: AZ license or IMLC, DEA, minimum 1 year experience, COVID vaccine
