Hospital based multi-specialty group seeks wound care physician. Services provided by group include primary care, Neurology, Interventional Pain, GI, Urology, Orthopedic & Sports Medicine & General Surgery. Responsibilities involve inpatient & outpatient wound care medicine. Practice has a wound care nurse practitioner, an experienced hyperbaric technician (for 2 hyperbaric chambers) & wound care Home Health nurse. Ideal candidate will be BC General Surgeon interested in Wound Care Medicine & willing to take surgery ER call (10 days a month). There’s no general surgery outpatient clinic; surgeons on staff already cover outpatient needs. Enjoy a built in referral network. Compensation includes: generous salary, incentives, benefits, relocation, malpractice & may include a sign-on bonus. Servicing over 100K residents, hospital features a comprehensive heart center, surgery, level II birthing center w/NICU, a center for neurosciences & 24-hour ER services.
