Critical Care Hospital Based job located in Pennsylvania
Job Description
Level II Trauma Center is seeking a full-time Intensivist for hospital-based adult critical care practice; $425,000 base salary per Contract Year, with a base wRVU + productivity incentive and $18,000 quality incentive
- Join a multidisciplinary team, including highly trained Advanced Practice Providers to support the service line.
- Intensivists are expected to coordinate care with sub-specialists and provide supervision for a full staff of highly trained critical care Physician Assistants
- Full time position with flexible 15 shifts per month (mixed days and less than 5 nights a month)
- Coverage to include Trauma, Surgical, Kidney Transplant, Medical, Neuro and Cardiovascular ICU beds
- Candidate should have completed fellowship training and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine
- A desire to teach medical students, residents and staff
