Western Massachusetts - Dates of coverage: Feb-July
Schedule: variable - most shifts 8 and 9 hour in length needing about 32 hours of coverage a week
No Call - EM physicians do not take call. Trauma team needs to respond in 15 minutes
Trauma level: 3
Total Number of Beds: 38
Annual ER Volume: 44,000
EMR: Meditech Expanse
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 45 Days
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Active MA license - Required
BLS, ACLS ATLS - Required
Board certified or board eligible (ABEM, AOBEM) - Required
COVID vaccination - Required
