Job Description
Family Med Providers interested in the greater Phoenix area. several opportunities available.
- All clinics are designated as FQHC’s
- Eligible for NHSC/AZ State Loan Repayment Program with a score of 21
- 4/10 hr. or 5/8 hr. shifts available
- EMR EPIC
- Approximately 20 -25 patients a day dependent on shift length
- No OB/ No inpatient work
- 1 night monthly of telephone call
- W-2 position
- Salary of $179,500 (<3 yrs. exp.)// $184,500 (>3 yrs exp)
- Practice Commencement Bonus available
