Family Medicine Hospital Based job located in Delaware

Facility seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician
-  Monday – Friday schedule (8 hour or 10 hour shifts)
-  This full-service Family Medicine Center provides primary healthcare to medically underserved people in the Newark area, with a special focus on the needs of the Latino community. To ensure services are provided in a culturally appropriate environment, a majority of the staff is bilingual and all understand and respect cultural differences.
-  In addition to medical care, the Center combines an intensive patient education program with each visit to help reduce acute illness and promote healthy lifestyles in an at-risk population.

-  Family Medicine Residency with opportunity to teach on Family Medicine Service
-  Equitable night & weekend call
-  EPIC EMR
Compensation and Benefits:
-  Base salary of $265,000 with production bonus potential
-  Generous Time Away from Work with additional dedicated CEU time

-  Allowance for CME, plus 5 days for attendance paid

Requirements: DE state license- or willing to obtain, DEA, Must have experience working will all ages, 
Must have studied medical Spanish or be fluent in Spanish
