Family Medicine Opportunities in Moses Lake area, Washington--two positions...with or without obstetrics

Healthcare is a local independent nonprofit organization offers an array of healthcare services to the community, including OB/GYN, general surgery, family medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics and more.This hospital is a public district hospital with a service area population of approximately 70,000 people.  This geographic area is experiencing a steady growth rate in population.

The growing clinic has an employed full time position for a Family Medicine Physician in the Family Medicine Department as well as a Family Medicine option, with or without OB in neighboring community:

The position is 36 scheduled hours of patient time and 4 scheduled hours of administration time.  This practice is open Monday through Friday each week.

• Call rotation ranges from 1:4 to 1:6 depending on the number of providers.  Call is shared with the Confluence Health – Moses Lake Clinic family medicine group.

• For new providers, compensation for the first two years is a guarantee based on the MGMA 50^th percentile.  After the first two years, compensation is based on provider productivity.  
• Compensation plan includes:
  • Paid medical malpractice insurance, certifications, licensure, etc.
  • Competitive insurance benefits including medical, vision, dental, disability, and life coverages. 
  • Employer contributions to pension plan.
  • Up to $3,000 per year for CME.
  • Up to 35 days scheduled time away from the clinic, as approved, inclusive of vacation, sick time and CME.
• Up to $20,000 additional compensation annually for achievement of quality goals.
• Excellent recruitment incentives, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment and residency stipend are subject to individual needs and market conditions.
• There are currently seven providers in Family Medicine (5 Physicians, 2 APCs).
• Providers typically see 20 to 25 patients per day.
