Seeking a Locum BC Gastroenterologist
--Schedule: M-F 7a - 5:30pm, 24 hour call on the weekends. 1 FTE, will accept multiple providers to fill position if needed.
--On Call Requirements: 24 Hour Call
--Emergency/Temp Privileges: No
--EMR: EPIC
--Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 20
--Number of Hospital Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 12
--Physicians in Your Group: 13
--Number of Patients Per Day: 15
--Level I Trauma Center
--Required Procedures: Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry, Esophageal Manometry Interpretation, Small Bowel Biopsy, Lower GI Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube, Capsule Deployment, Bravo, PH impedance, Breath test Interpretation, Esophogeal and Anorectal Manometry Interpretation and Endoflip.
--Estimated 3 month credentialing timeframe
Requirements: Active Illinois state license, proof of Covid-19 vaccine, must be able to perform therapeutic procedures such as ERCP and EUS
